If you chose the wrong size, colour, or the item did not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it without giving a reason.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the goods.
If you discover a defect on the product, you are entitled to request a refund or exchange.

How to return or exchange a product

Please fill out the appropriate form below or contact us by e-mail.

Carefully pack the product in a suitable protective packaging.

Send the parcel to the address below.
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or exchange as soon as possible and let you know by e-mail.
Refunds
If the payment was made via Shoptet Pay, the amount will be refunded to the original account or card.
If the order was paid by cash on delivery, please provide your bank account details in the form below.
