Sizes, materials and care
Which gloves are the warmest?
Our warmest gloves are the Wonderhand and Subzero ranges and our Adventure hunting range. They're made for freezing weather and long hours outdoors. Rider, Frozen City and City Walk gloves are lighter and suit cold weather, city wear and everyday use. In the Gloves category, you can also find them using the Temperature range filter: "subzero" and "cold".
How do I choose the right size?
For gloves, use a tape measure to measure around the widest part of your palm, just below the knuckles, without the thumb. Then choose your size: S up to 17 cm, M up to 19 cm, L up to 21 cm, XL over 21 cm. For hats, measure around your head across the forehead and above the ears. Size M fits a head circumference of up to 52 cm, size L over 52 cm. You'll find more detailed size charts on each product page.
What are the gloves made of, and where are they made?
Most of our gloves are knitted from merino wool, virgin wool or cashmere. You'll find the exact composition on each product page. We make everything ourselves in Borová u Poličky, Czech Republic.
Can I use my phone while wearing the gloves?
Yes, with our City Walk Rider Touchscreen gloves. You can use the touchscreen with your thumb and index finger; the other fingers don't have the touchscreen treatment. An anti-slip finish on the palm makes it easier to hold your phone.
How should I wash the gloves?
Wash them by hand in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, squeezing them gently. Then rinse them in clean lukewarm water, squeeze out the water without wringing, and let them dry flat.
Orders and delivery
When will you ship my order, and when will I receive it?
We usually ship orders on the next working day. Your parcel will typically arrive within 2–3 working days of ordering.
How much is delivery?
In the Czech Republic, delivery is free on orders of 1,000 CZK or more. Otherwise it costs between 49 CZK and 119 CZK, depending on the delivery method. You'll find all options and prices on the Shipping and Payment page.
Do you deliver abroad?
We deliver within the Czech Republic and to Slovakia. We don't ship to other countries yet.
Where can I find my invoice and order details?
On the My order page, enter your order number and the email address you used when ordering. We'll send a link to your order details to that address, where you can also download your invoice.
Payment
How can I pay?
Paying by card online, Apple Pay or Google Pay is free of charge. Cash on delivery costs 29 CZK.
Gifts and Christmas
Do the products come in gift packaging?
We send gloves and hats in a Wonderhand gift box, so they're ready to give.
What if the size doesn't fit the person I'm giving it to?
We'll gladly exchange items ordered between 1 November and 24 December 2026 for a different size or colour until 15 January 2027. Just email us at eshop@wonderhand.com with your order number. You'll find the details on the Returns and Complaints page.
When should I order for delivery before Christmas?
We'll ship orders received by Sunday 20 December 2026 no later than Monday 21 December, so that your gifts can arrive in time for Christmas. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days, but carriers can have delays before Christmas, so we recommend ordering early.
Returns and complaints
How do I return or exchange an item?
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. The easiest way to start a return is online on the My order page. To request an exchange, reply to your order confirmation email. You'll find the full process on the Returns and Complaints page.
How do I make a complaint about faulty goods?
You can make a complaint about faulty goods within 24 months of receiving them. Describe the fault to us by email, or send the item with the complaint form to the address on the Returns and Complaints page. We'll settle your complaint within 30 days of receiving it.
